The Boat House

The Boat House is our brand new water-front rental property located on Port Aransas Marina. It is overlooks Port Aransas Harbor and is within short walking distances to great restaurants and nightlife.

The Boat House  is a two-story 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath that accommodates up to 5 people. The second floor includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living area, bar area with barstools, and bunk room. 

The Boat House has three outdoor living spaces: The first is large deck overlooking the Port Aransas Marina, where you and your friends and family can watch the boats go in and out of the harbor. The second is a smaller balcony just off the master bedroom where you can watch the hustle and bustle of downtown Port Aransas. The third space is downstairs shaded, with a separate entrance.

Standard amenities include wireless Internet, fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, and flat screen TV in both living and bedroom. 

The Boat House is equipped with a boat slip that can fit trailerable boats with beams up to 9 feet.
