Our two efficiency units are located in our 7 building on the ground level, right behind thepool. They have an open floor plan with a full kitchen and one queen bed.

Winter (November 2nd - March 1st) $89 / $109 *
Spring (March 2nd - May 1st   $129 / $159 *
Summer (May 2nd - September 1st)  $165 / $195 *
Fall (September 2nd - October 31st)    $129 / $159 *
* Lower rates are for Sunday–Thursday, Regular rates are for Friday & Saturday
