Kitchenette

Kitchenettes are located in the 3 & 4 buildings. They have two queen beds in the bedroom with a kitchenette in the living area. The difference between the kitchenette and the deluxe kitchenette is size; the kitchenette has a smaller living area, bedroom and bathroom.

• Two queen beds in the bedroom 
• Small sleeper sofa in living area (children only)
• Kitchenette: full size fridge, two burner cook top (no oven), microwave
• Cooking supplies: pots and pans, plates, glasses utensils
• Full size coffee pot, coffee provided
• Cable T.V. in bedroom & living room
• Bath amenities: conditioning shampoo, soap, makeup remover towelettes, lotion
• Hairdryer
• Iron & ironing board
• Front porch with seating

Winter (November 2nd - March 1st) $90 / $120 *
Spring (March 2nd - May 1st)   $120 / $165 *
Summer (May 2nd - September 1st)  $185 / $235 *
Fall (September 2nd - October 31st)          $120 / $165 *
* Lower rates are for Sunday–Thursday, Regular rates are for Friday & Saturday
